I agree do not replace the teak. I may be out of line but shame on you for even considering it. I like Te Ka brand cleaner and no sealer.
Teak looks great and even smells good.

Leave the Teak! What an awesome boat. Good luck with the rehab, the finished product will be well worth it. That is one of those boats that when complete you could raft up next to a 3/4 million dollar Rough Rider and get more looks and admiration!

Teak maintenence
I had a MAGNUM 35' w/teak cockpit a few yrs ago. Used A(cleaner) than B (brightner) than 4 coats of Sickens clear. Than just put on 1 coat every yr. Everone said it looked like a bowling alley.................HIGH LIFE
