Very nice, what was the size of the hole you cut for the GPS flush mount kit? Most GPS set ups require the antenna to be mounted 3ft from the unit, do you notice any issues with it being mounted closer than the recommeded 3 ft. Awesome job.

Thanks, it works fine and every flush kit comes with its own template.

I am asking about the flush kit measurements of yours to determine if I will need to fill in the existing hole as you did. I do not have my compass out yet and curious if I will need fill or a plate. Thank you - Cree

Cree they all have a different size holes pull your compass its not the best hole you seen cut before trust me. I would plan on filling if you want to make it look right. I all depends on what unit you end up with. I have not done one the same yet close but still different you just have to pull it see what you got and go from there.

Has anyone installed the Northstar Explorer 550 in a Bullet? Looks great in the Livorsi catalog.
