How hard is it to change a '90 TG dash from black to new updated white. Plan to put all new gauges etc. in. Possible cost ideas/alternatives would also be great.

I did it myself, I started with the switch panel replacing one at a time, get all the switchs first. Then I did the other 2 panels, I found it easier to build the middle panel on the work bench and splice in the wires. The upper panel is simple, I replaced the liquid filled speedo with a new gps speedo($200). It cost me about 2k toal. The panels are the most $$, shop around for some good ones there are several places that sell them. Label all wires. Know what gauges are electric and which ones are mech.
