He has the #7M's on the boat. Boat should run well over 110 this summer when the water melts back to a liquid.

The Arnesons are WAY faster than any alternative mentioned.

Damn, got me thinking what would my carbon fiber Gun with cover girl cabin run @ only 8500lbs???? Hmmmmmmm??

What's the weight on that carbon fiber TG? 8500# seems too lite? Was it a race boat?

Yep, 1998 Key West Champ. All of the cabin material is PVC. Boat has great balance. Almost will not porpoise, which a straight bottom gun is prone to.

Disclaimer - I haven't personally run the boat across the scales, simply going off of the info I got from Phil.

Does that boat have natural bow lift, or can the right props pretty much solve anything?

It runs on its own bottom for attitude.

The propellers were nothing other than stock Merc propellers. A lot of things are mis nomers and applied to setups of a long time ago.

I have had no issues with the attitude needing anything special done to the boats.
