Default Fender Holders in Engine Compartment

I have '04 TG and thinking about adding fender holders in the engine compartment. Hate to punch holes where they don't belong.
Anyone have any ideas where and how they are attaching the holders? All the new boats seem to have them built in.

In my boat, they were mounted on the middle bulkhead of the the bilge. Not easy to reach.

I relocated the batteries to right behind the bulkhead and the ignitions on the front. No more room for holders.

I also Added closed cooling and then relocated 2 of the four holders where I could reach them easier. The other two are up front in under the deck hatch.

As per Phil:
"When Cigarette mounts bumper racks in the engine room, while the boat is being built, they fiberglass in a mounting block on the side of the haul to screw the rack to. You do not have this in your boat. Some people mount them under the engine hatch towards the front. I've seen them mounted on the forward bulk head in front of the engine. I don't like this set up, makes it hard to work on the motor. We have installed the mounting blocks on the side of the hull and installed bumper racks in the engine room. You must grind out the glass, make the mounting block, glass it in, and then we paint area. If you like bring us the boat and we will install them for you. "
