Put one motor together yesterday and the other is coming apart this week. Blowers are out being reworked. Hope to be in the water in about 30 days and will have some real numbers to compare.

The Whipples will clear without cutting.
Even the low profile Whipple intercoolers will have clearance issues. The hatch needs to be modified a bit on the underside but no so much that it interferes with the pad.

Steve Zuckerman in the Nordic forum has done many things to his 575. I would check over there or PM him.

yep, you however install "top hats" underneith the hatch to give you clearence but make sure you have enough to let air get in

last summer i added whipple intercoolers to my 575's hoping to gain more reliability and power. My advice is DON"T spend the money. I've had many conversations with well respected individuals on this topic since i added them. If you care to hear more please call me.

Doubletake, pm me your number. I have a friend looking to add coolers and wanted me to do the research.

Drives will be fine as long as you drive/throttle the boat with some sense. XR's will hold up!
