Thanks CIG3, had some questions and found this in the search feature about the head plumbing.

The head in our boat has not been used in years. I was gaining water in the bilge while underway. Turns out I had a bad water inlet sea cock for the head and the holding tank had been removed years ago but the head outlet had never been plugged. She was shipping water into the bilge!

Funny you brought this to the front. I have been chasing a leak in the bilge for most of the time I have had the boat. Pulled engines/drives/transom assemblies and replaced everything.

Finally realized after all that that the toilet was leaking. Fixed the leaking hose only to have the pump start blowing fuse - luckily this thread shows the pump plumbing and I can most likely just replace the Pump and solve the problem.
