Go back and do a search what I've always said about skippy. Funny how my rants become reality.

So it was Skip who fired him? I thought they were partners, and good friends. SO, skip is handling Cig by himself now.

Definitely true.

He's been there since he was 17, and is the absolute authority on anything having to with the actual boats. This is devastating to those of us that have known him for so long.

I'm sure plenty of boat companies would love to have his skills onboard, assuming most can weather the current economy scare until it passes.

When Powerboat did a several page article on Cigarette at the "Palace" the article was written about Skip and Neil, but I remember one of the quotes from Neil (not word for word as I dont have the magazine in front of me) saying that he sold off several items to raise some cash to buy into the Cigarette Company so there wouldnt be any issues down the road with who owned the Company.... I have never met him but I really enjoyed the article as it showed him growing up with the Brand and then becoming a part owner of the Company!!!
