These boats ride extremely differnet than the regular twin steps. They are very flightly and require you to drive them at higher speeds but are very fun. They weigh around 8,000 lbs. You cannot go wrong with one though. Loved ours.

After Speed Racers little mishap, Jeffrey bought it and had Tres Martin re-rig the whole boat. I'm not sure what the dash set-ups looked like whlie racing, but Jeffrey made it look exactly like a regular twin step. It has the same dash set-ups as your old 2004.
MAXX's dash set-up is differnet than standard as you can see in the picture (I guess the way the orig. owner wanted it). I belive it is still the same today. The port throttles were taken out when the 2nd owner bought the boat. He also installed the electric cabin door.

nah, Maxx is paid for and loved dearly!!! if someone wanted this particular type of boat there would be a great deal to be made, but by no means is Maxx on the fire sale list, it will sit and get repowered before that,
if anyone is actually interested in paying a little less than market value on the boat call the above number, but i can tell you there is on offer for 60k on the table right now that wont be taken, im not saying thats far off, but 60k wont take it
the old man just bought a cat and is building big blower power for it, should be done feb, just a 28 footer but should be fun/different for a while. Thats the only reason Maxx is on the back burner and up for possible sale if the right buyer came by
