The units I have seen in a Cafe' are in the storage locker under the V-berth. The grill is at the end of the walkway.

Yeah - I am not sure why you couldn't install the unit exactly where you say with the return vent at the end of the walkway with the ducting running down the sides of the boat and coming in at the front of the walkway by the cabin door or under the couches somewhere.

I didnt have a chance to run by yesterday maybe tomorrow i will and look under there but i will get a much better and in depth look.
