Transom assemblies?

I don't think any sealer is used. If they did it would be ugly if you had to take one off.

I believe they are large foam gaskets. I think they are simliar to Bravo's.
If any manufacturer ever put them on with 5200 every transom assembly removal in the world would make for some Glass work.
When I put my assemblies back on I used the foam gasket, and I actually went a little farther and used a nice bead of clear caulk around the assembly on the outside.

What brand of caulk?
Yeah, I do not want to try and pull it off if it has adhesive. 5200 is miserable to remove as I am sure you all know.
