I would think if you where starting out from ground zero it just makes it so much easyer to use modern day parts a blackhawk or a xr drive and forget that trans less moveing parts is always a good thing . I had a old set up for a few years and now have xr drive it is so much better

I am putting a ITS and a Blackhawk on mine The ITS has an advantage of integrated hydraulic steering.
With the speed you are working you will be done before I start on mine. I have the ITS, Blackhawk 500 HP Motor and a bunch of parts but have not touched hull yet that will start to change this weekend as the weather is getting nicer and I have to work outside. Great job so far on yours |

the speedmaster TRS drive uses a c72 velvet drive tranny. so was wondering if blackhawk also needed a tranny...
