My 93, side ny side originally a TRS BOAT. Transom Re-Glassed in 2006 and turned into SSM 3A . Then was re-rigged in 2007 at TNT. They glassed the transom and moved the x dimension up for the SSM 3A's. They drove it, and decided it still wasn't exactly right, so it was glassed again. The drives are high, almost like V's. 3rd time was the charm. More like surface drives. Combined with Chief 700's SC. the boat is very fast for a side by side setup. Phil drove the boat when Fineline was going to do the interior. Good year for Cigarette!

Doug, I'd love to get our boats together for a run and a photo shoot......Carl's boat will get there as well, I don't think there'd be much arm twisting needed......I have a picture of the only known photo to me where two 90 MPHs are together in the same picture....hehe, I took the picture of Carl's and mine at Tommy's shop.....unfortunatley, I can't post it here until I figure out why I can't post pictures any more....

How can you tell it is Kevlar? My fiberglass looks just like yours, and I don't think my boat is Kevlar. Maybe I have a Kevlar Top Gun and don't know it.

This is a myth started by the gods. I let my membership expire a couple years back. I can still post pics all day long with the best of them.

Hmmmmm, Underpressure must have bought some Batteries?
Get the polish out. Time to get it wet again. |
Wonder why they waited so long to build the staggered set up again. 90 to 93 was a long time ago. Love those boats.

I'm curious did you ever sell the boat, or did you decide to keep it in the end. Personally I hope you kept it . Definitely a cool boat. RG.
