Alright, I got them off!!! 
What a b!tch that was! Should have hired a asian midget, I did this with the motors still in 
Here's what I'm working with...
1" ball valves going to 1 1/4" hose...aren't the ball valves suppose to be the same diameter as the hose? I haven't had any problems, so I guess I'll just replace what's there. There's also what appears to be an adapter barb in between the valves and hose, probably to take it from 1" to 1 1/4"
Comments are welcome and I'm going to talk to Eric @ Teague and Phil @ Lip Ship, hopefully I can come up with something this week and get this Biatch back in the water before Friday to go watch the Bimini race
