Not trying to be a tough guy in saying that, but the reality is people that complain about one thing are normally just habitual complainers.

I hear ya BIG Daddy had a neighbor that B!@tched once about Pinkys weekend parties , the noise from the chevelles & mustang so i invited over a Biker club with 300 members/bikes for a kegger /Pig roast and the 4 sale sign went up next door monday afternoon

Since the Assoc. President is your friend ask him if he has a problem with it. Also ask about the complaining neighbor and I'll bet they probably complain everything else. I would not spend one thin dime to make the neighbor happy.

No joke. It is so crazy that I framed a copy. I reported it to the police and there have been no more problems.

I have a bad neighbor that complains and calls the cops about everything. For 5 years I tried to not ruffle his feathers. Nothing helped. We shook hands after a 20 minute chat. One week later he called the township on me.
I have NEVER done anything illegal to him or his property.
I now just defend my family and property to the Nth degree. The cops now think that I am the agressive one.
Stupid cops. If this was TEXAS I legally could have shot him.
