Where abouts in SC are you? We spend thanksgiving week in Hilton Head every year. They seem to have a strong distaste for the music of big blocks at Harbor Towne

My brother lives in Charleston, and I have run from Savannah to Charleston both intracoastal and via the ocean several times. An hit just about everything in between.

I live on James island...I can hit golf balls into the downtown harbor from my backyard if i could play golf. and yes I agree there's nothing but center consoles and sport fishers. You need to convince your brother to get into something like you have!

Like others have said, dont worry about it being the real deal. Get the Hull I.D. # and run it to see what it really is. They are a great hull design, build quality varied a bit from one MFG to the other, but most were pretty good. I agree, it looks like a P&D.

I used to live in Charleston for a couple years (Mt Pleasant), great place to live while you're young! Fun times. That's gotta be a blast to run around the harbor and waterways, sandbars, Shem Creek, etc. I only saw one offshore type boat there, one, in two years!

Nice ride, great deal for 6K for sure! Have fun and be safe down there! Great deck hand you got by the way!
