depends on what the makeup of the cast is. Marine is typicly better then others. its mainly watching the heat. better the cast better esaser it is. In this case it was simple clean the spot, get a torch and heat up the part and weld. Have to make sure you not to hot or it will crack. I did that with a alum mig gun. tig welding is better it uses less heat. heating the area befor helps the expanding metals from crackin. its the same for caset iron. you can also braze it.

It's been poker run stuff non stop and a half iron man in there too. So it looks the same now as it did then lol. But it's back to work on it now.

That builge is getting imron over the gel coat!!!!

yea the ones the back...didn't they get blocked off due to water getting in through them?

That are open. Bucks was closed up some. Going to run it and see what happens. If it need to be blocked or deflector made it will be done after.
