They lighten up and sparkle with the pearl in direct light but are very dark almost black in other light

Paint. We back into the docks here and powdercost always comes off on the outer tube on the back. So paint is the simplest to touchup at the end of a seaso.

the new epoxy spray can stuff in pearl purple. Got it from harbor fraught
