I thought the Formula rode well, but the Cig rides better at 10-15 mph faster. Even my wife, who would prefer a 39 Sea Ray, thinks it rides better. Having said that, the boat takes more effort to drive than the Formula and wanders so much at idle that I look like a drunk. As for performance it is really fast the formula was 77 -78 80 for the Cig 80 is a casual push of the throttle and so far 97 is as fast as I have had it. I'm sure with a little work and a little more chop I'll be in the tripple digit club.

Sharp boat! I checked it out over the past weekend when it was on the lift. My brother inlaw owns a condo in the Harbor. Its Kinda ironic. I saw it brand new at both the NYC and Atlantic City Boat Show when Ocean had it for sale...

Drop the tabs all the way down at idle and it wont wander so much.

Here we go bashin Baja. I have a 99 36 outlaw that was on lake ozark then on michigan all it's life with no stress cracks and a way better cabin and cock pit than a top gun. By the way the 36 outlaw was splashed from a Cig if you didn't know.
I've always liked the 38 top gun but not enough space. :party-smiley-004:

I had. 32 Baja....now have a 35 cig.... I loved my Baja and I beat the fuk.out.it...but the cig destroys it in big water....fit and finish... the wiring.g alone speaks for itself... no comparison.....sorry.......space or ride quality...I will take the ride.... :)
