What's it worth?

whatever someone feels comfortable to pay, some will say very little due to tlc, others will look at amout of parts there and base off that... Cafes are all over right now... high and low.. all depends...

For what I know the lowest priced one in need of TLC is the one for 26K with similar engine setup...so anything lower than that would make or should make one feel comfortable?
What would be considered a steal here in this scenario and market?
Also can you go by the value of a survey here, which takes all factors into consideration?

I'd same 20-25k would be a steal depending on what TLC it need. I paint and interior are usable then the nember is good. if the power needs completely gone thru (engines, drives, transmissions) your number will be double that in a hurry.
As for the survey value. I depends on who did it. If they are a performance surveyor then you have a chance if not you have just as good a shot using KBB.

I'd say it's worth what ever you can part it out for, in case you don't decide to use it later, or rebuild the boat later or what ever you're looking to do with this thing. Worse case, what's it worth in parts? Did you see the one on the Lipship site? They're asking 39k I'm sure they would take less, don't know anything about the mechanics but the paint and interior look great. That doesn't seem like a bad price, maybe you should give Phil a ring before you buy this other boat. Just a thought...
