Follow me on my Cigarette adventure
So I`ve been a busy beaver since gettin the new to me boat, nothing big crazy impressive $$ stuff but stuff that I can do myself:
AC is in: http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...37556398-4.jpg Vents facing in the V birth and in the salon http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s9/...44405162-3.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...44409248-3.jpg Fabric painted the headliner: only the 3 front pieces so far: http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...52980014-3.jpg Some much needed cup holders: http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...65265650-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...65265786-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...65265714-4.jpg |
Those cup holders are awesome!
|
A filler piece for the middle to make it into a huge sleeping area (we overnight every weekend with two kids now their friends can stay over too )
Piano hinged for better storage, just need to have a cushion made. http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...77750084-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s1/...74637714-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s1/...74637640-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...74637576-3.jpg |
Nice! Looking forward to all the updates keep the pictures coming!
|
Refrigerator was a must have for the wife but I couldn`t come up with a place to put it till I got this drawer fridge:
http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...89248638-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...89248626-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...89248584-4.jpg Some trim, cut the "cooler" above the fridge down to size and reuse it as storage |
Trailer is next!
Today was scary with the boat hanging in the air getting the trailer out, my ass was puckered up TIGHT all day I tell ya.
Plan is to do a two color paint job to match the boat...... 80` of waterproof lighting strips are on the way :lolhit: http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...89206554-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s1/...89206586-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...89206718-4.jpg She don`t quite fit haha http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s2/...89206752-4.jpg |
Nice. A/C and fridge are on my long to do list as well. I'm guessing the led strips for around the rub rail?
|

DUH! :picard1: Quick question on the lights: Is it for effect when parked/launching? I was going to do this but our local laws made it actually illegal to have any additional lights on the trailer on when moving. |
Looking GREAT Dan!
|
Looks great!
|
Looking good

Just curious where you got the fridge drawer from? Never saw one of those before, is it from an RV?

Steve, its a great idea, the drawer, you can also remote mount the compressor/condenser up to 5' away if needed

http://www.allinonemarinesports.com/...ight-50853.htm Trailer is coming along: http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...44542470-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...44542660-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...44542818-4.jpg http://33outlaw.zenfolio.com/img/s4/...44542268-4.jpg Bunks, bearings, brakes, lights and wiring is next |
Looking nice!!
If you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for those boat hull jacks? Those would come in handy! |
The yard arms? Grand Sports Center was nice enough to let me borrow them, part of the boat deal.. they are not cheap
|
incase I missed it . . .
What kind of paint did you use on the trailer? Keeping the drum brakes? |
I was told the type of paint but now it escapes me, The trailer was sandblasted, 2 part epoxy primer and then paint.
I`m keeping the electric brakes but replacing all the components. |
Great thread! Project is coming along nice thanks for sharing. Sweet ride you should be proud fo it!
|
Very cool.
That drawer refrigerator and those LED cupholders are awesome. I'd love some of those in blue..... |
Great project!
|
looking good!
|
ICDEDPPL, Where did you mount your A/C unit? looks like the cooler compartment
|
Nice work !
|
Flamingo, that is the compartment where the crapper would go I believe, right before the V birth.
Triple Switch for throttles is in, TV, 2" Extension boxes are on, wear plates; done, replacing metal trim pumps with proper K plane pumps, lots of issues there, indicator and throttle cables are next..trailer wiring and lights coming along slowly, every connection I solder dialectic grease and shrink wrap so its slow going but its been nice having some time off to get work done over the holidays.. |
