Just hope I know how to get it back together...used Sherman Williams paint, worked out great, used there primer first, it was very thick, put it on than sanded it with 180gt, it filled and leveled a lot of stuff out, than I used there top coat, I put 2 coats of that on...

It's been a few, since I posted, I'm waiting for the battery boxes so I can finish the bilge, also trying to find a dyno guy that does marine and efi in my area, but been working on a few other things, painted and modified my gauge panels, painted the bezels, removed the compass and added a garmin 640 GPS on the lower starboard side panel, finished mounting the gauges in the port side panel, still have the upper starboard panel to finish, also painted the breaker and cabin switch panels....today I was working on mounting everything on the outside of the transom, also polished all the stainless steel parts that go on the transom...Here's some before and after pics of the transom, and before and after polishing, and some of my little trim tabs... Worked on the windscreen today, mocking it up to see what hardware I need to get, I made the frame from scratch, the one lipship sell was for a topgun to big for this hull, the beam in this boat is 7'8" would have been to wide, then I made a templet for the windscreen and had a plastic shop in my area cut it for me, I think it came out nice, then I painted painted the frame yellow, I'm not going to mount it yet, I still have to wet sand and buff the deck...Here's some pics of the fab of the frame and what it will look like...

Well still waiting for parts, and working between the rain and the high heat, so doing whatever I can to keep things moving..... Mounted some of the lower SS hardware, the motor mounts, battery boxes, and LED lights in the bilge, trying to get everything squared away in the bilge before I put the motors in.....

Thanks State, I think the dam thing is making me sick but each little project I finish and that moves it forward, makes me feel like it's getting some where. Still deciding whither or not to dyno the motors, got some paint work to do also, and interior work in the cabin, headliner...here are some pics of the bilge so far, waiting for some pieces so I can finish that...Joe
