Ditch the 8-71`s for stage 4 10-71`s






Takem em down to short blocks






35hours of combustion chamber work on the heads by High Flow Heads in Alsip Illinois (A++)
Replace bolts with head studs.







Set us a proper valve train from scratch.

Complete rewire







Every ignition part replaced and switch from MSD to Crane





Every piece professionally polished and top coated with DURAFORTRESS top coating to lock in the shine and protect the finish.








Eliminate cheesy K&N breathers

Before and after blower intake temp sensors/gauge









Add a bunch of warning sensors and lights:

Chemically removed chroming and had tabs polished and DURAFORTRESSED










Added Anode:








Added Drive switches to rear of boat (not tab)

Nice job Dan,!!
I like the warning system, would be kind of hard to miss those warning lights!
So with those new blowers you should probably be around what 550 hp?? Lol.... Oh I forgot you did some porting so maybe 575hp

Dynoed motor








Replace most hoses, fitting , fasteners, damper plates..etc..etc.. tons of little stuff.
Get all fancy with torsion clamps and other weird stuff.





Replace all leaky expansion bottles on transom





Paint the bottom black to camouflage all stains






Going back in hope to be in the water soon:

You've been busy but where's the on the water video? Looking great. Dry exhaust - should be able to hear you from miles too.
