Call Rik. When I sold my scx drives and figured out what I needed to hang them. What speeds you gain from drive switch. It made sense to go arneson.

I love my SCXs . I was going thru XRs like crazy. I am at 750 HP with Stellings boxes. I also had Brad Smith take out all the guts of the stellings and mill a longer shaft so I could use a drive coupler vs just bolted to flywheel like other set up. New helmet and I already had newer Gimbals so I didn't do those. 2 yrs Trouble Free !!! Thinking about sending them back to Imco just to go thru for piece of mind this winter. Well except for the hinge pin bolts all backing out. Check them Regularly!!! The SCX is supposed to be pretty darn awesome . Sounds like a great setup you have now. What kind of speeds you get with the 750's and SCX combo? |

i got all my parts, complete transom assemblies, helmets, drive resevoirs uppers etc for about 60% of that. And no fiberglass work to do at all. Nothing against them just comparison numbers for those that asked.

I think he means his scx parts were 60% of an arneson conversion
