there's a guy on ebay selling konrad drives cheap. they are the 520 diesel application, i have no idea what the difference is, maybe gear ratio but they are cheap (4,500 for the pair). says he has others for sale too. might be worth looking into. you wouldn't need to do the full conversion, just the drive swap and you would have a nice package with trouble free boating for years to come. however, if you don't convert and you need drives, i have plenty of trs lol
