No parts besides I takes were reused all new stuff...

What I meant was after you just finished rebuilding everything with new parts you said you had water getting in somehow on one of the new built engines, is it the same one that blew up now?

Did you have fresh gas in it? I had valves stick on a rebuild engine a few years ago, the machine shop told me that old gas could cause the valves to stick to the guides.

Stuck guides are the bane of that boats existence! That's what it had when I bought it and that's what re-happened to it after 8 hours on my "fresh" power. Super bummed to read this. Keep at it!
