Main issue was lifter stuck in bore, there was a couple other small issues being addressed also, like tight guides, and water temps.... combo for perfect disaster...
bottom line open lifter bores up if needed. I am too stupid to give any numbers because I didn't spend the last week talking to highly respected engine builders to see what is actually acceptable, so you guys can ask yourselves, MMB says I am not allowed to share what I learned because I am an idiot.
