I had him get rid of the piping on the back seat, I also had him make the top a solid piece instead of the T shaped piping and straighten out the lines with a triple stitch, I think it looks cleaner

If you notice on the front seat as well I had the piping removed that went around the seat, I replaced it with a triple stich also with some mild red accent added. I also think I'm going to have some SeaDek cut red with white accent for cockpit area and leave the red carpet below is all.

I'm still waiting on my blocks from machine shop, they were well seasoned for sure but savable, I'm going to retain the engines in the boat I think and build some spares! For the boat itself I'm just cleaning buffing this go around the new side logos in just black and red this time and a red Cigarette down Starboard bow

I just stopped by the upholstery shop they were starting to assemble the seats, I went with a Café Racer on headrest its looking good they say they will be done by Friday, what seemingly on my projects in the past taking the longest these guys are done first!! It a good feeling finding a upholstery shop that gets the work done!!
Side note!! I'm curious where people have been mounting their amplifiers, I'm having a tough time deciding where to mount them....

That looks great! Script is spot on!

I mounted 4 amps in the little storage area on the port side as you enter the cabin on my gun. Mounted 3 against the back wall and one upside down on the ceiling. Then I could still put a few things in there for storage.

Can't wait to see how this turns out.

I've been thinking the same place, wiring will be a bit tight for me to get in there... but I can do it, did your ever overheat in there? that was my second thought on that location.. hopefully I'm done mid April ill take a quick trip down probably stay at the Springs might be easier having a personal slip and ramp for tuning..

In Havasu when it's 110 and we had the stereo blaring for hours it would get SUPER hot! I don't remember if it ever actually clipped but yea, they got hot. I always thought about the option of putting a vent and mini fan in the door or somewhere else subtle but never did it.

We'll be in havasu for Desert Storm, you going? Would love to check the boat out in person if you're there.
