Hello all, I wanted to quickly update this thread. I inherited this 41' Cigarette from my late father. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to continue the project so I am hoping to sell it sooner than later and find it a good home. Please feel free to PM me here or text me at 9512062992 if you're interested.

hopefully you can find a buyer that has the passion he had to get the ol attack back on the water. Best bet would be to list it on powerboat listings, bring a trailer, Craig’s list, Facebook marketplace and here with pics and explaination of what will be needed. Selling mid way projects can be difficult. But your dad documented things very well via this thread which could help with the sale. Again, sorry for your loss and good luck with the sale.

sorry to hear that... sad that he probably could not finish the project. I am sure he was enjoying doing the resto at some point, even though it is a LOT of work !
I am sure whoever finishes it, your dad will smile from up there seeing it cut thru waves !

Thank you for the kind words everyone! I'll be take some photos and listing it here on offshoreonly for now. If it doesn't sell then I'll expand to FB marketplace or craigslist, but I'd love to pass this on to an enthusiast from the forums.
Ironmanwb - It did run, and has been to Lake Elsinore a few times. I believe there should be photos of that here on this thread. From what I know and can see it's missing exterior paint and some of the interior.

Dang, some how I missed that the boat was nearly complete and was definitely running. Pretty cool. Maybe not such a difficult sale after all. Sounds like it just needs some interior and maybe paint.
Looks fantastic on the water.
