Today's better Prop Technology and Setup with spacers and x Dimension adjustments have made a lot of improvements in Straight Bottom Guns. I was in a 87 Gun with basically no cabin, and bravo drives no notch in the transom, it road like I was riding in a Kangaroo Pouch Until the boat hit 60 and with the power that it had, it may have topped out at 63.. That was Bad.

I live on a river and my bravo boat generally runs flat in calm water. In rare circumstances it will bounce but not much at all. Very happy with them... but yes i'd still prefer 3's if i was shopping today

carter 38 will have 2 café's for sale and I think a bullet also. the will be nice boats when finished for someone.
