About the only thing it will harm is if your have Cat in your exhaust. I have burned 1000 of gallons thru my fuel injected cars and snowmobiles never had an issue with sensor. On my sleds that the only sensor I use for tuning and have never had an issue with them, few time they will go weird but its usally because of the 2-stroke oil.

I run it in all my small engines and have never had to rebuild carbs after sitting thru the winter/summer like I did with the 91 we have here in MN

As you may no its not cheap I wouldn't want to be filling up every weekend with it.

As far as the lead part I can see it being any worse then living by a small airport with 100 of planes taking off daily and the "lead" getting into the air.

My engines are 572 cu. in. efi's.........(the efi intakes are Arizona speed and marine to be exact) popular in the 90's and installed at that time.......I don't know anything about 02 sensors, but so far
the engines love av fuel!
