New Trailer again

The trailer under my Gun that I built, had its 9th birthday. So when the opportunity to sell it popped up, I let it go. Someone is going to get a nice trailer. Here is the metal for the new one strapped to the old one.

What are you, bored? :D If so, do you want to come by and install my 14K 4-post lift in the garage?

Please take lots of pics. I find trailer construction, tips, tweaks, and unique ideas quite interesting.
Albeit, the closest thing I know how to do to welding is...
...soldering. :picard1:

I made the new one the same size as the old, but used one piece channel on the side rails that incorporated the drive guard

It's way to hot for this...
I was not bored, but a trailer was needed for a Lanier top gun, and mine got the call. I had two weeks to build it.

It rained for about 4 days straight, so that helped keep me on task. The winch stand is always steel, there is some of my soldering...

I ordered the same wheels as on the old trailer, used Goodyear wrangler ht tires on them, 8 total. Installed Air -tite hub seals on the 3 axles.

Dexter axles? And did they come with, or did you swap to Timken bearings?

And if I was building from scratch, I'd likely put a power tongue jack on there.
I have one in the garage that's been there for 2 years. I have to get a saddle welded up for it.

Used a miller 252, with a 30A spool gun, 4043 wire. Al metal is 6061 T6. 16 rolls of wire in it. I made the fender mounts out of .125 plate, cut and welded to form them

Rockwell American axles, 0 degree, 6k, galvanized, used slip on Kodak disks, on all axles with a Brakerite pump. Some people pay to go to the gym, I turn the tongue jack.:)

I like the look of the 2" square tube on top, plus great for cover tie down
