How did you do to get them to cut it to fit your boat? How much did it cost? |
Bruce Jones is doing the restoration. He ordered and cut it. He usually makes a template before he cuts any pieces for the boat due to their odd shapes.
Not sure on price but I think he said about 250 per sheet. |

For anyone following this I posted in a couple other places but I need the transom drill jig for the SSM3 drives so we can re cut the transom. I will buy or rent however anyone want to do it.

Not fun at all . I hope your project goes better than mine.
Today was the first time Bruce has actually *****ed about the boat. He said taking the tank out was completely miserable. We are hoping the duel fill idea will actually work . We are also trying to decide whether to transfer fuel from the front tank to the back or have the engines pull from either tank. |
We are going to run a transfer pump from the bow tank to the main tank. Engines will only pull from main tank. We have a couple unused fittings on the main tank that we can dump fuel into. The only real thing that can be a problem is pumping too much fuel into the tank and having it blow out the vent.
