HAHAHA. I'm a visual guy. What a great package - zuls & 6's! That is like heaven. I'm a huge Richie fan. Awesome power and he's a good dude, old school. Builds a hell of a motor!

Phil put on the site 95+. Phil doesn't embellish with speeds and usually runs conservative when he posts speeds for boats for sale. Propped right and turning the lighter 3A i'm guessing its 96/97. Kenny Boyce was seeing mid 90's in his American flag tiger with Merc 900's and 6's. Tim McCray would've been over 100 or right at in his green / yellow /purple tiger with Teague 1000's and 6s if he would've spent the time (and money) to prop it after putting the Teague's in.
Your boats vacuum bagged so it's lighter and zul builds a true HP motor. If he says theyre 1,000's they're at least 1000 HP. 106/108? I believe Stinson, he's not one to embellish but that must've been one person, 15 gallons of fuel and in the perfect 2' chop in salt water rung the F out! lol
The real question is, why haven't you gone out and found out what she'll do?!

Thanks for that info Tank. Was that a jab, cause it felt like one. LOL To be honest, the script on the scoops says"Zul 1000+". I have only got about 4 hours seat time in her due to re-hab running late into August.Truth be told, I ran the T/G more because it is more user friendly and the Tiger is very intimidating. I am 64, and depend on one or two or all three of my boys to help launch, recover and navigate the Beast. Also I am 5' 7" and need to stand on a cushion to see where the bow ends! But, I love the look and feel of the Tiger. The mid range jump from 50 - 70 with those 653" motors is insane. Anyone who thinks "what's the big deal, it is only 4' " has no idea the amazing difference between the two boats.

I've been in a 2000HP Tiger with Stinson driving. There's a reason why they call him the "Illustrious One." Albeit, he could also be called the "Incalculable One" as well.
So, does sprstr own the Tiger that Harry Judge and Fred Cecil both owned? Or is the boat I am thinking of of the one on Phil's site?

Hey Sydwayz, To the best of my knowledge, my Tiger has had three owners before me. The first owner was Lorenzo Fertitta of USC fame. The second owner was from the Chicago area. The third owner that sold me the boat January of last year lived in Maryland but was not named Fred or Cecil. My boat is medium blue pearl over white bottom, with multi colored yellow, black, red graphics and stripes. Looks nothing like the boat Phil is listing.

Is this one yours? (It not; Tank post one up.)
