Tank, My '97 T/G had 525 sc's. with Bravo drives. It was a 300 hr freshwater 2 owner boat in really good shape. No stress cracks, motors freshened in 2014. I loved it, but I got 65k from some nice local guys. I got all my money back, and no hassle with tire kickers or dead beats. Of course everyone says it was worth more. I think in May it would have brought 75k, but I am satisfied with the deal. The boat came from Wataugua Lake in Tennessee, and was a fill in cause the Tiger was 3 months late getting finished with some maintenance and cosmetic work. It featured original sticker graphics kinda gay pink / purple and black on the sides and deck, with checkered flags and pink gauge bezels and rugs. Sorta Miami Vice vibe. No problem for me, I am secure in my manhood! MSO showed Martin Marine as original dealer.

hahahaaha! That's all good! I had 525SC's in my gun too, to 3a's. You're gonna love those 6's over the bravos. No more worrying about drives. Lay those throttles down and let her rip! LOL. And you're right, the Tiger does feel a LOT bigger than a gun. Kinda weird how much bigger they really feel especially since the jump from a Café to a gun doesn't feel that much different, or a 35 TS gun to a 38TS gun doesn't feel that much different either. Enjoy that Tiger...They're a blast and bad mo-fo's.

Your tiger is very nice, congrats!

What gun do you (did you) have? Where's it going?
I am assuming your referencing this one tank? Love this picture!

Thanks for the pics. J-Bonz, garish red drives and tabs have gone to black as God and Carl K. intended! The ultimate goal for me is to master this bad boy. Selling the T/G that I really liked forces me to that end. No mo ' 'scuses!

I am 64, and depend on one or two or all three of my boys to help launch, recover and navigate the Beast. Also I am 5' 7" and need to stand on a cushion to see where the bow ends! But, I love the look and feel of the Tiger. The mid range jump from 50 - 70 with those 653" motors is insane. Anyone who thinks "what's the big deal, it is only 4' " has no idea the amazing difference between the two boats.
What are the specs on the 653s? Bore stroke deck height? Largest 4.84 bore some space motors I've heard of are 706s.
