I just ordered a couple days ago. I should have it installed by the end of the week.

Here are a couple better pics of mine. I'm guessing it may have been made by Marine Machine which is outta business. No brand name markings on it.
Mine also looks like the back part of an Imco HP-4 helm post http://www.imcomarine.com/nvcatalog/imco_catalog.pdf
You could try and contact Pat at AT and see if he knows.

Had tilt with the old cable steering column on the Bicycle. But we are currently putting full Mayfair steering on had to look at this option. By reversing the wedge - It helped us push the 4" column helm back in the dash to gain some needed space.

I see that hp4 15 degree post now. I'll give them a call 2morro...
