That was Phil's (315 Duramax) first boat resto that he posted on here. I don't like him, but based on his recent TG redo thread it looks like his paint skills are improving..... (though I don't think Lipship is up at night worried)

I would not trust things he does too many lies... I know a lot of things he has hidden from public, boats that are neglected are wet, I looked at 8 guns and now ancafenall wet under step ... I would look hard
