Amazing how one project spins into 10 others - all directly related...
As you are into changing up everything for long term convenience, in addition to converting to goose-neck, you should consider adding a hyd. ram assembly for the front bow v bumpers (icededppl) to lock the bow in place with the addition of the stairway....on a bigger boat it really is the perfect solution to always having the boat where you want it.

Great work man . I tow my 38 Flat deck with a 4WD F350 . I found on some steeper ramps I wouldn’t have gotten out without the 4wheel on . I bought a 1989 Freight liner FL50 tow hauler as the tow vehicle . I am going to change out the std rear axel with a locking diff . You might want to consider the same idea . I would hate to get stuck on steep ramp doing the one wheel peel . Keep up the great work . RG.
