What the hell? It looks like both pins are still in there and fully seated.

did the gimbal ring crack at the bottom or something and allow it to flex out?

Both pins are there, but spin and slide freely. the outer part of the gimbal ring kept them from falling out. Definitely weird. I also noticed the nose cone on the Bravo 1 lower is loose (kinda like a loose tooth, not quite ready to pull) So perhaps I did hit something submerged. I should know more next week and will update the thread.
