Me and a buddy put the rubrail on Thursday. Wasn't that bad of a job, just tedious. It took us about 3 hours.... He had done it before and the magic tool....a weighted rubber mallet. Who woulda thunk, but it made the job easy! LOL

Wow that looks great. Are you going to run trim tabs or leave it without? I know that the tabs on my 20, k-plane 380's, make a huge difference in the handling.
