LOTO prices have gone crazy. It’s a great time to sell if you’re an owner but the problem is there is really nothing out there to replace it with right now. Everything I have seen sell sold above asking price with very little contingencies and what I would consider a quick close.

Question for a newbie attending this year. We have a house close to Red Head with boat slips. My question is around use of ramp and trailer storage. Is there somewhere to put in and to leave trailer in a safe place? Thanks in advance.

PB 2 is likely the best bet. You enter the State Park where Nichols Rd intersects with Old US 54.

There’s still places to stay but I wouldn’t wait very long booking something. We are staying at Margaritaville but I did find several places on vrbo that were still available and reasonably priced.
