For all the service that you get and a awesome event that they throw and people are *****ing about $200 night for a slip. Sorry but not sorry, The whole event is top notch and a blast.
They have a great ramp available , store your trailer, You are not required to stay there and its a lot of boats that they need to make room for,

this is not your normal just need a slip for weekend deal.

Totally worth it

You’ve got a point there. That all cost money. I get it. I do understand the reactions of some of the guys here. That price is more then most rooms. It’s their place. Their event. Is it that price just for the event? Maybe it’s a donation thing to help pay fir the event and get that vip treatment.

I'm sure the reason behind the slip pricing is that the slips are really intended for the restaurant and High Tide customers.
They have actually eliminated about 90% of the annual lease slips over the past few years so they had enough docking for the restaurant and bar.

But that's the thing you don't have to get a slip from them to go on the event, its not like they have a 100 slips sitting there that don't get used, i understand that it is expensive for A Slip but it is so much more that that for that weekend,

It's a cool event for sure, Id like to see folks from Cigarette come back again, talking to the manufacturer and hearing how they appreciated the brand loyal owners was cool,

I got a room at Margaritaville too and she said the marina wasn't open until 4/3? DO you know if they have a lot of slips available to transient/day rental? Want to make sure and get on the list as soon as I can.
