# 6 dimensions .

I`m having a larger inner transom assembly piece made out of 3/4" aluminum for more surface area
The mercury one seems inadequate .

Nice, i think use that print to make a set of drill fixtures like Glass Dave has.

Hi Dan , the inner plate looks slick . Have you considered welding stiffening ribs on either side of the plate as over kill to carry the weight . Just a thought . Cheers RG .

I think they`ll be fine Rick.

I didn`t like the lack of clamping surface area on the stock mercury units.

Hardened .. yes so they go in straight
The crossbar sets center to center dimension and keeps everything right on the money. Middle bolt is centerline
