Nice, i think use that print to make a set of drill fixtures like Glass Dave has.

Hi Dan , the inner plate looks slick . Have you considered welding stiffening ribs on either side of the plate as over kill to carry the weight . Just a thought . Cheers RG .

Hardened .. yes so they go in straight The crossbar sets center to center dimension and keeps everything right on the money. Middle bolt is centerline |
