Wait for final install I know it sucks but things will move a little. They did on mine. We had a bare block for mock up, and CAD design. You are doing a great job on making progress just continue not to rush things and enjoy this process! It's going to be so badass!

I think the spacer idea is a good one if you have the room to play with. Don’t even need to water jacket it, just have the parts on hand to build that small section once you set the engines you can knock it out real quick. Maybe some fiberglass wrap like a turbo blanket in that one area.

Dan , not a bad idea . Two thoughts , the double clamp will look a little odd ( band aid like) . also the wedge would minimize the length of unwater jacketed area thereby reducing heat potential and it will look almost factory . I do agree that waiting until final install would be prudent , less chance for error . Which ever way you go I don't believe it will be a huge undertaking . Cheers RG.

Im a little suspect of its durability in the chamber but at least in car applications it works tremendously for under hood temps.
