Dan, I’m pretty sure that tunnel rams perform their best in N/A or nitrous applications. I don’t think you will see much if any decrease in power in a boosted application running a traditional blower manifold.

This is without the mounting plate which is 3/4" , so id need to lose about 1.5" somewhere .. and really the rest of the blower is clearanced fine.. it`s the rear left corner that the problem as the hatch bows down, the rest of the blower has good clearance where the hatch is higher

My fabricator is not keen on milling the top of the intake (plenty of side wall) and welding the mounting place to it , then mill the plate to take out any warpage and less material..
That was my idea.
I`m told the weld would not be strong enough.

Can you get away with a slight modification to your hatch in the effected area like a old school cowl induction hood or something with just a slight flare to give you clearance?
How much difference is your hatch in height to the 90mph cigs?

The blower would stick out right about where the rib/supports are.. low profile cowls is a good idea but would ruin the logo .
Mine is a bit shorter it looks like.
pretty sure I`ll just go whipple port injected manifolds , take the loss on these and move on with my life.
