Agree I would price it as if motors needed rebuild. I believe prices have deflated back to pre-COVID levels, at least for these old boats where financing is difficult. I think as boats are aging the pool of interested buyers will be less and less because you can't finance it and young guy's just aren't wrenching on boats like they use to. Iphone killing off the renaissance men. Guy's that can pay $75K cash also looking at boats in 150-200K range that can be financed.

don’t disagree with your numbers…but all the free money has dried up. Who is going to pull a home equity at 6.5% or stroll up to a credit union giving 8-10%. Financing simply isn’t attractive right now.

Even before rates went up the only good way to finance a boat was home equity, pretty much anything more then 10 was hard, 20 dam near impossible. The issue i found with that, think about it very few performance V's made in the last 10 years.
Unless big power OL's that some may be able to afford to buy but not maintain.

Agree financing could be difficult. If it was what I was looking for I would not hesitate to pay $75K cash for that boat and that is coming from someone who has the ability and well informed after shopping for over a year or so not to mention most of my adult life just love browsing the classifieds.

The boat certainly stands out in the classifieds in that price range (in a good way). Inflation just so tough right now for everyone I think and stock market not doing good so people don't want to sell off any stocks to pay for it.
