she did great yesterday and the wife approves finally after all this time LOL seen 75+mph on 3 different gps’s the 24p bravos I need to go up a pitch or two I believe we will see. Comes out of the hole in seconds. Planes well. So happy about this dang thing! Next project is getting the hatch back on!

Successful weekend! She did absolutely wonderful! Stayed in the water from Friday afternoon till Sunday night no issues ( got a fouok gauges to fix but otherwise all seems almost perfect) SO HAPPY!

I have everything ready to go for a test splash. Got to fire back off and test steering and possibly bleed out any air etc and just do one more good check of EVERYTHING before she pulls out of the shop maybe this week! Fingers crossed! She’s not as cool or as nice as any of yalls but I’m proud of this roller coaster of a boat LOL


BTW, I have heard running 2 tie bars can cause binding. Not 100% sure though.

I thought the same thing. My toolmaker brain saw that, and the fact that they are two different lengths, I started doing hypothetical trig in my head and.... I can't imagine they don't conflict with each other, imparting significant stress on all parts involved.

yes still running both tie bars. I always wondered why in the world it has two? I just re-assembled the way it came apart LOL but it I where to take one off which would you do?
