As mentioned above, a company that claims to be the
elite should be able to do both. Most businesses that
don't fail.

I've always had good service....just ordered $300 worth of clothing on Friday, April 16, just used regular shipping. On line order. It arrived last week, April 26 or 27....All complete except for one shirt that they were out of stock on. A little note enclosed. I also placed an order with them before they moved and had the same attention...in fact I ordered stuff for Hubby's birthday and asked that they express mail it and it arrived two days later, only because I was calling from Chicago, and in the afternoon. Their UPS guy had already come and gone. ??

It is not that they do not have the inventory, they have one gal, Sandy running that end of the business. She takes the orders, packages, bills, orders, designs, unpacks and inventories etc.

I'll bet she had little or no help moving either.

I have been there many times and she has very little free time. Amazing how much is shipped overseas in large volumes. We are talking multiple large cartons to a single individual!
Sandy quit last December. I was sticking up for them the last time that this subject came up (In Feb.). They have had enough time to get their chit together and there is no excuse!!

I don't think they're paying attention to anything.
