Angry cig clothing store WTF

Ordered $290.00 of cig stuff on line about a month ago never saw a thing. Called, two days later they called back and said all they had was two hats. Same old crap about moving i heard at XMas time. Told them to forget it. Still continues to amaze me how poor their customer service is.

Yea, I got the same story when I ordered some stuff, still moving. I did get 4 out of 5 items but the 5th one was the one I really wanted as a gift. They thought 2-3 months before they would have it in stock.

There is some talk on MWBP about meeting at frank & louies at 10 am. Right now it's looking in the low 60's and that sucks because next week they are talking 80's

It is not that they do not have the inventory, they have one gal, Sandy running that end of the business. She takes the orders, packages, bills, orders, designs, unpacks and inventories etc.

I'll bet she had little or no help moving either.

I have been there many times and she has very little free time. Amazing how much is shipped overseas in large volumes. We are talking multiple large cartons to a single individual!

We were in the new factory during the Miami boat show and everything was in place. Jo Ann was in the store at that time and was very helpful and friendly. I bought a leather jacket for my wife at the show and they charged us twice on my card. I called Jo Ann and she took care of it the next day. Give her a call and I am sure she can help you with your order.

Like Express Cat said, their is one poor old lady busting her azz to run the entire "offshore store" I was there right before X-mas and the place looked like a bomb went off in there (stuff scattered everywhere) It sucks from a customers standpoint you would think that for someone pushing the clothing line as hard as Cig they would get more people to help. As for the one lady who runs it all, if you saw what she had to work with you would understand a little better

First everyone complains that Cigarette is focusing too much on selling t-shirts and ignoring boat building ... and now everyone is complaining that they are not paying enough attention on selling t-shirts.
