Head Pump??? 93 Cafe
#3
Under the starboard seat in the '94 I had.
If your in FL your problem most likely is not the pump it's the tank that is corroded and pierced so the system does not hold vacuum.
And changing the tank is a MPITA then again not goiing when you need a dump is also a MPITA!
Jeff J. on fastboats changed his last year and documented it, you might want to dig there for information.
The plumbing diagram was in the documentation for my Cafe and I am positive I could get the gentelmen that bought it to forward copies to you if you need it.
Let me know.

I have a '90. There is one pump in the base of the head (used to fill the bowl and flush), and another in an access panel where the driver stands (to pump the holding tank overboard).
While we're on such an interesting topic, eveytime we flush the damn toilet looks like it's going to erupt. Looks like air pockets get stuck in the lines and blow back out the bowl (you better be off the pot when you flush!!). Any ideas how it can be fixed?

There are 2 ball cocks on the star side under the forward seat cusion. 1 for water in..1 for chopped turds out. Both hoses dissapear behind the cooler well. No pumps there.
The macerator pump I think is under the drivers footrest. I think Cignifcant hit it. It sounds like the pump is under the toilet. Next question...how do you get at it? there are no acess panels. Do you go under from the toilet paper holders? Are they just glued down? I cant lift the toilet out. Maybe just cut a hole on the face of the toilet pedestal and put an acess panel?
GLH....it was a fresh water boat till I got it a couple of months ago. I got the plumbing diagram w/ the owners manual.
Thanks
Dan

Thanks ZP...I found it!! you were right, its under the slanted footrest on the star side, right next to the holding tank and macerator pump...and its out.
For future reference.....it is a Jabsco unit #37010-0000
Aparently, it was meant to mount to the bottom of the toilet, but it looks like Cig made an adapter to remote mount it. Jabso has the parts listed on there website and Boat US sells them.
Thanks again guys.

Mine I took out by removing the tray in the head. They must mount them in different spots at times because there was no access to mine any other way. Sorry I could have given you all the info about the rebuild kit and pump numbers but I just got back in town. Also replaced the holding tank...boy that was fun..NOT.
You can rebuild the pump for like $20 we did it since we had it apart. The unit is a standard Jabsco unit but because of the height of the bowl they had to remove the pump from the base of the bowl remote mount the pump. The holding tank is a custom job from a place in Florida called RDS.
